REGULARLY STOCKED ITEMS
Our return policy lasts 14 days within your order's original shipment date for regularly stocked items. Unfortunately, if 14 days have gone by since your order's original shipment date, a refund or exchange will not be possible. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with tags.
As production would have been started upon receipt of your order, our return policy lasts 7 days within your order's original purchase date for all made-to-order items, and are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Unfortunately, if 7 days have gone by since your order's original purchase date, a refund or exchange will not be possible. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with tags.
DEFECTIVE, DAMAGED OR GOODS IN ERROR (if applicable)
We are very proud of our product's workmanship. Therefore, we will replace items if they are defective, damaged or are the wrong goods (style, size or color). If you need to exchange it for the same item, a request must be made within 7 day of receipt of product to make the necessary arrangements.
REQUEST A RETURN (if applicable)
To process your return, we require proof of purchase and you must receive prior approval by contacting us at email@example.com. We will assist you in making the necessary arrangements.
REFUNDS (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
SHIPPING COSTS (if applicable)
Unless your product is defective, damaged or goods in error, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Note: Goods such as gift cards are exempt from being returned.
